How do I vote on the web?

1. Open the event and choose a category / nominee (or enter a nominee code on the home page).
2. Select how many votes to buy and continue to Paystack.
3. Pay with card or Mobile Money. Votes appear after payment is confirmed — not when you leave checkout unfinished.

How do tickets work?

Open the event’s ticket page, pick a type, pay on Paystack, then keep the digital pass (QR / door number). Door staff scan your pass at entry. Used tickets show as checked in and cannot be reused.

I started payment but did not finish

No votes are credited until Paystack confirms payment. Ticket inventory holds expire automatically if checkout is abandoned (about 15 minutes), then those spots return for others.

How do organizers sign in?

Staff use the organizer login. Voters never register. Need an account? Ask a Super Admin, or use public registration if it is open.
