You are not alone on the platform
Super Admins operate VotePulse day to day. They can activate your organization, help build your event, place homepage ads, watch payments and fraud signals, and jump in if something goes wrong on show night. Self-serve when you want to — ask for assistance when you need things done on your behalf.

Step 1
Create your organizer account
Sign up with your organization. Super Admins can auto-activate or approve you manually — and will clear you to take payments when you are ready.

Create the event — or ask us to
Choose a voting event (categories & nominees) or tickets only (venue night). Prefer guidance? Request a demo and the platform team can walk the setup with you.

Step 3
Add content & products
For voting: categories, nominees, codes, vote packages, and tallies. For tickets: ticket types, quantities, and door messages. Upload covers and photos for a polished public page.

Invite your team
Add staff with the right roles — organizers, finance, auditors, or door staff who only see the gate scanner. Limit door access to a single event when needed.

Publish & promote
Publish the event, share the public link or nominee codes, and use the billboard for winners. Super Admins can feature your night with homepage ads so more guests find you.

Step 6
Sell, scan & close — with backup
Guests pay via Paystack. Votes credit after confirmation; ticket buyers get QR / door-number passes. If checkout, scanning, or tallies need a human, Super Admins can assist — then close or reopen the event as needed.
