About Us

Built in Ghana for awards, pageants, conferences, and ticketed nights — with a real platform team behind every organizer.

The idea

VotePulse started from a simple problem: organizers were stitching together payment links, spreadsheets, door lists, and social-media polls — then losing trust when tallies or tickets could not be proven. We built one place where guests pay with card or Mobile Money, votes and tickets settle into an auditable ledger, and door staff scan QR passes on the night.

Voters and ticket buyers never create an account. Organizers focus on the show; the platform handles checkout, confirmation, and check-in.

The creators

VotePulse is created and run by a Ghana-based team with roots in Accra and Kumasi — people who work with event organizers, payment flows, and live-night operations. We are not a faceless “upload and hope” tool: the same team that ships the product also operates the platform as Super Admins.

That means when something needs a human decision — activating your organization, promoting your event, reviewing a payment question, or walking you through setup — you are talking to the people who built VotePulse.

Super Admin assistance — we handle things on your behalf

Organizers are not left alone after sign-up. Super Admins manage the platform and can step in so your event still runs smoothly even if you need help with setup, go-live, or recovery.

  • Setup & guidance — help shape voting vs tickets-only events, packages, nominee codes, and door staff roles.
  • Promotion — place homepage ads and surface your night where guests already browse.
  • Payments & trust — oversee Paystack-linked activity, refunds context, fraud signals, and platform reports.
  • Operations support — assist with reopen/close, ticket / vote questions, and emergency backups when something goes wrong.
  • Human contact — WhatsApp demos, the contact form, and direct support — not only self-serve docs.

What the platform covers

Paid voting with categories and nominees, tickets-only nights, combined shows, live tallies, digital passes with QR / door numbers, attendance scanning, staff roles, billboard winners, and optional USSD when the platform enables it. Every successful payment is recorded so tallies and tickets stay defensible.
